Across more than sixteen years in Texas education, Ms. V has worked as a special education case manager, bilingual IB educator, curriculum designer, academic interventionist, Section 504 coordinator, and MTSS/RtI liaison.
Her work joins rigorous instruction with neuroscience-informed coaching, executive-function development, metacognition, positive psychology, and individualized learning strategy. She founded Lykeion of Excellence and its public-facing LEX Academy to give exceptional learners a place where their complexity is understood.
Ms. V has served more than 2,000 learners, designed professional learning for educators, coached advanced academic and admissions preparation, and led a first-year Odyssey of the Mind team to first place at World Finals.
