Advocacy fees

Choose the payment approach that fits your family.

The hourly rate depends on how services are paid for. Prepaying through a retainer provides a lower rate for the same advocacy support.

Pay as you go

$250 per hour

Receive advocacy support at the standard hourly rate without prepaying a retainer.

Prepaid retainer

$200 per hour

Begin with a $1,500 retainer. This is a prepaid balance toward advocacy services, not an additional fee. Time is billed against that balance at $200 per hour.

Each $1,500 retainer covers 7.5 hours of advocacy support. Once the balance is used, replenish it with another $1,500 retainer to continue at the $200 hourly rate.

How it works: Prepay $1,500 → use advocacy support at $200 per hour → replenish the retainer when used up. Without a funded retainer, the standard rate is $250 per hour.
